We are currently seeking a Manager, Finance - GT&O to join our Global FP&A team based in our New York, NY offices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the month-end close process by partnering with stakeholders across Media Ops, Digital Experience, and Customer Service to build accruals, identify reclasses, and ensure an accurate and timely close.
  • Manage monthly P&L variance analysis for the corporate finance team and leadership.
  • Lead the full-year budget and forecast process, including building and refining sophisticated financial models that serve as inputs for Media Ops, Digital Experience, and Customer Service budgets and forecasts.
  • Lead monthly meetings with Media Ops, Digital Experience, and Customer Service teams to gather insight into financial and operational strategies, share P&L variance analysis, and update the full-year forecast as needed.
  • Identify and manage potential P&L risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with project managers and digital and technology teams to manage CAPEX spend, identify key business drivers, and support projects with financial and business-case modeling.
  • Create reporting dashboards for corporate finance and leadership that highlight key financials, business trends, and industry analysis not captured on the P&L.
  • Build and oversee financial models to support vendor contract renewals, contracted labor, new deals, potential initiatives, and other ad hoc analyses.


QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Highly energetic, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
  • Experience in the media or entertainment industry preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling and data analysis experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership, make high-level recommendations, and influence decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables independently.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Prior experience with financial applications, including Essbase or related tools, required.
  • Understanding of SVOD/Direct-to-Consumer or FVOD/linear business models preferred.


The base compensation for this position is $100,000 - $115,000 commensurate with experience.
