Field Service Manager to lead and develop a team of Field Service Engineers supporting our
Diagnostics customers across Texas. This leadership role is critical in ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and the reliable performance of technologies that help improve lives.

What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers.
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of technical and service issues.
- Monitor team performance, service metrics, and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with Sales, Service, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Manage service operations, including resource planning, inventory controls, and field activity audits.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service revenue, and overall business performance.
- Support customer escalations and provide leadership during critical service events.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory, diagnostics, field service, or related environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience leading and developing remote, field-based teams.
- Strong customer-facing leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting diagnostics, laboratory instrumentation, or medical devices.
- Service operations or field leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success improving team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational results.
The annualized base salary range for this role is $98,000-150,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
