About the team and the role: Join the Enterprise Risk Management team to help drive smarter, risk-based decision-making across the organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you'll work at a strategic level to identify and manage the company's most critical risks, assessing potential threats and opportunities. What you will accomplish:- Establish and lead a consistent, enterprise-wide framework to identify, prioritize, and manage risk
- Integrate fragmented risk activities into a unified approach, improving visibility and governance across the organization
- Analyze risk interconnectivity to uncover insights that support more informed, risk-aware decision-making
- Serve as a central forum for identifying, assessing, and managing enterprise risks across all business areas
- Foster and work within a "think tank" environment that encourages innovative problem-solving and strategic risk discussions.
- Partner cross-functionally (legal, compliance, strategy, finance, operations, technology, and people teams) to embed a strong, risk-aware culture that protects the business while optimizing opportunity
What you will bring:- 3-7 years of ERM team experience within aBig 4 consulting environmentor a large-scale corporation is preferred.
- Proven track record of translating high-level enterprise risk theory into actionable operational processes. Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise risk frameworks (for example, COSO or ISO 31000), including risk identification, assessment, mitigation, reporting, and monitoring processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERM and GRC tools, as well as strong proficiency with data and visualization tools (such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) to analyze and present risk insights.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build strong, trusted relationships across all levels of the organization, influence senior leaders' risk decisions and trade-offs in a matrixed environment, even without direct people-management authority.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to simplify sophisticated, technical, and/or ambiguous risk concepts and present them in an accessible way, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences.
- A growth mindset with high motivation and adaptability, including openness to coaching, willingness to learn new tools and methodologies, and the ability to navigate evolving business priorities in a hybrid, global environment.

Additional DetailsThe base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$103,600 - $177,800
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
