Full Job Description
Manager, Equipment. Holland, MI. Manage lithium-ion battery production operations. Supervise production equipment preventative maintenance program. Review operation of plant equipment/systems. Supervise line improvement projects. Advise/support engineers/technicians in critical matters. Report to Korean HQ on planning and project status. Negotiate with vendors and contractors. Conduct performance reviews and Layered Process Audits. Maintain worksite according to 5S3R standards. Requires bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or closely-related field and five years of progressive experience in mass production/manufacturing operations. Experience must include: overseeing operation/optimization of lithium-ion battery manufacturing equipment, production line floor management, and utilizing PLC, SolidWorks, AutoCAD to inspect equipment, identify issues, and implement improvements.
