Sr. Engineer, Equipment. Holland, MI. Lead efforts to prepare and improve production facilities for mass production of lithium-ion polymer batteries. Lead breakdown of equipment, improve equipment for program. Analyze and report OEE. Complete production work order for technology/create design. Monitor equipment post improvement. Install new technology on production line. Complete daily documentation and audits. Requires bachelor's degree in an engineering field and two years of experience with equipment in a manufacturing environment. Experience must include: installing, modifying, analyzing, repairing, and testing tools and machines; overseeing automation equipment setup and adjustment; and troubleshooting technical issues during setup.
