Responsibilities

  • Lead local technology initiatives for Factories and Labs related to PMI Tech products.
  • Communicate product information, planned activities, and gather customer feedback.
  • Oversee IT project execution ensuring alignment with PMI's standards and quality requirements.
  • Manage the local diversity of the PMI Tech Enterprise Technology budget and enforce compliance in expenditures.
  • Co-ordinate local infrastructure activities and manage relationships with ETF contractors and vendors.
  • Ensure adherence to Compliance requirements and address vulnerabilities in IT processes.

Full Job Description
Manager Enterprise Technology Foundations (ETF) US

Your 'day to day':
  • Lead the technology component for our customers in Factories and Labs as the local face for any PMI Tech Enterprise Technology products.
  • Keep our customers informed about product portfolio, roadmap and specific planned activities affecting them as well as collecting their feedback on product value and effectiveness and plans affecting our products.
  • Actively participate in all local IT projects carrying out accurate adoption of PMI Tech Enterprise Technology products, methodologies, standards, and guidelines in order to ensure quality of delivered work and alignment to project requirements.
  • Plan and manage local PMI Tech Enterprise Technology budget in collaboration with product teams, local ETF vendors, contracts, and procurement management. Ensure ETF expenditure, including capital expenditures, are properly documented, budgeted, and approved in line with local and PMI requirements.
  • Coordinate and perform hands on last mile local activities (project and incidents) for infrastructure aligned with the ETF operational model. Manage local ETF contractors and global vendor representatives, keeping a strong relationship with all support teams to achieve effective end-to-end service delivery, acting as escalation point for critical ETF incidents or deliverables not matching customer needs.
  • Monitor, execute or enforce the execution of activities in line with the Compliance requirements and vulnerabilities reduction.


Who we're looking for:
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Commutable distance to Aurora, CO.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, with a strong preference for Managed Services experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree of IT or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of network management on level of CCNA (certificate, even expired one is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of on-prem. hosting services technology (MCSA, VMware, Hyper-v).
  • Experience with Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans for IT Infra services.
  • Basic knowledge on AWS.
  • 3+ years of experience in Project management in IT infrastructure.
  • Basic Service management knowledge (ITIL or other framework).
  • Strong experience in vendor management, contractor management, stakeholder management.


Annual Base Salary Range: $114,400-$143,000
