The role:

The Manager, Enterprise Delivery Office, Governance supports the execution and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, standards, and processes that enable effective, transparent, and aligned delivery. This role contributes to delivery effectiveness by supporting governance practices across programs, projects, and product releases and ensuring consistent application within assigned portfolios.

What will you do?

Project Leadership & Support
  • Support governance execution by assisting in implementing enterprise delivery standards, processes, and frameworks within assigned projects and programs.
  • Support Enterprise Delivery Framework uplift and continuous improvement, helping to simplify and fast-track project approvals and the end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Support portfolio management activities for the Currency portfolio of projects, including planning, tracking, dependency management, and reporting across the portfolio.
  • Contribute to roadmap delivery by supporting the execution of governance initiatives and improvements aligned to strategic delivery priorities.
  • Drive efficiency by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort, escalating improvement opportunities where appropriate.
  • Monitor trends to stay informed of emerging delivery practices and contribute ideas for incremental improvements.


Delivery Management Skills
  • Support framework maintenance by contributing to the development and ongoing maintenance of delivery methodologies, tools, and templates.
  • Facilitate governance routines by coordinating and supporting governance forums, working sessions, and reporting cycles to enable informed decision-making.
  • Track and report KPIs to monitor governance metrics and delivery indicators, providing insights to highlight trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Leverage data to utilize delivery data and dashboards to support reporting, monitor adherence, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support tool usage to encourage effective use of delivery platforms and tools that improve transparency, reporting, and governance adherence.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, including preparation of executive-ready reporting and materials.
  • Working knowledge of CA PPM (Clarity - Project & Portfolio Management) and related delivery and project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).
  • Manage and support project financials and forecasting, including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and actuals.


Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
  • Build strong partnerships with Business Sponsors, Technology teams, and delivery partners
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure business outcomes and delivery objectives are achieved
  • Support coordination across internal teams and external vendors
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards, tools, and ways of working

  • Support adherence to Enterprise Delivery Frameworks, governance standards, and audit requirements
