The Manager has strong leadership, operational and process improvement capabilities.

ResponsibilitiesVision and Strategy- Lead and manage the team to operationalize the vision, executing goals and outcome-based objectives.
- Actively contribute to the development of priorities and action plans.
- Serve as a liaison between front-line supervisors and staff and leadership to ensure strategic alignment, staff engagement, and open, transparent, bidirectional communication.

QualificationsMaster's degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience required.
Operational experience must include demonstrated competency in leadership, management, operations, finance, communication, and change management methodologies.
Authorization to work and remain in the United States, without necessity for Mayo Clinic sponsorships now, or in the future (for example, be a U.S. Citizen, national, or permanent resident, refugee, or asylee). Mayo Clinic does not participate in the F-1 STEM OPT extension program.
