The Manager, Digital CoWorker Engineering & Product Management leads the design, development, deployment, IAM AI Agents and Digital CoWorkers that enhance IAM operations, identity management, risk, and business productivity. This leader is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and compliant agent-based capabilities while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, cyber security standards, and business objectives.
The role combines product management, software engineering, AI capabilities, automation, and cyber security expertise to create and manage a portfolio of digital workers that augment human teams, automate repetitive activities, improve decision-making, and reduce operational risk.
This individual will lead a team of engineers, product managers, architects, and automation specialists responsible for building AI agents across Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Define and execute the IAM Digital CoWorker strategy.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes through AI Agents and Digital Workers.
- Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap for Digital CoWorker capabilities.
- Partner with Head of Cyber AI leaders to prioritize use cases and investments.
- Measure value realization through productivity gains, risk reduction, and operational improvements.
- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of AI Agents and autonomous workflows.
Product Management
- Serve as product owner for IAM Digital Workforce capabilities.
- Define product requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
- Manage feature prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and backlog governance.
- Develop business cases and investment recommendations.
- Ensure products deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Integrate AI Agents with enterprise identity, authentication, authorization, and privileged access controls.
Salary Range:
$137,400 - 233,600 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
