In this role the candidate would be responsible for developing and executing data-driven insights and digital strategies that support value and access initiatives aligned with overall business objectives. The role involves tracking and analysing HCP digital engagement across various channels third-party platforms and social media data sources. The candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and identify data-driven opportunities to optimize digital strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead digital analytics initiatives by leveraging deep expertise in U.S.
- healthcare datasets to evaluate key therapeutic areas and assess engagement efforts generating actionable insights aligned with market strategy.
- Integrate and analyse multi-source digital and omnichannel engagement data to evaluate campaign performance optimize activity and improve engagement & promotion strategies.
- Translate complex digital engagement metrics into clear insights and recommendations for commercial marketing and field teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align digital analytics outputs with brand sales and market access strategies.
- Ensure data quality consistency and governance across all digital analytics reporting and insight-generation efforts.
- Develop reporting solution for digital analytics tracking HCP engagement and Interaction Digital & NBA performance.
- Experience in Digital Strategy Third-Party analysis and Data Modelling

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:
$130,000 - $145,000
"Los Angeles, California based candidates are not eligible for this role. Danbury, CT area candidates are eligible for this role only."
The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
