Job Description

Sleep Country Canada is looking for a Delivery Manager, Digital & Data to play a critical role in driving the successful end-to-end delivery of digital and data initiatives. This role ensures projects are completed on time, manages dependencies and risks, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes across multiple workstreams.

In this current open role you will:
  • Own and drive end-to-end delivery execution across digital and data initiatives, ensuring committed work is completed and delivery timelines are met.
  • Manage and track cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues across Digital, Data/BI, APIs, and external vendors.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Digital, Data Engineering, BI, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and delivery progress.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and timely status reporting to stakeholders and leadership, including progress, risks, and mitigation plans
  • Identify, escalate, and remove blockers impacting delivery across internal teams and external partners
  • Facilitate delivery planning and execution practices (e.g., planning sessions, progress check-ins) to support team alignment and momentum
  • Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and team effectiveness across multiple workstreams


The Qualifications and experience we like to see:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Data or related field.
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in delivering technology, digital, or data initiatives in complex environments.
  • Strong experience managing delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Strong command of delivery frameworks, including Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and traditional PMO methodologies, with the ability to apply the right approach based on initiative complexity and business context.
  • Experience operating within or alongside a PMO, including governance, status reporting, risk/issue management, and executive-level communications.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and complex delivery environments.
  • Experience working with digital platforms (eCommerce) and data/reporting initiatives.
  • Ability to coordinate internal teams and external vendors effectively.
  • Strong risk identification, escalation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities.
  • Experience with delivery and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Ability to drive accountability and execution across teams without direct authority.
  • The knowledge of English is required for this specific position as the incumbent will interact on a consistent and regular basis with English-speaking stakeholders located outside of Quebec.

Additional Information

This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labor market.
