- 8 years of experience in program management.
- 5 years of experience in leadership role with/without direct reports.
- 5 years of experience with project management in the telecom or data center infrastructure space.
Preferred qualifications:- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- Experience in data center operations.
- Experience working in complex organizational settings (e.g., shared accountability, geographic dispersion, ambiguity, etc.).
- Familiarity with data center, networking, or telecom operations

You will guide them in organizing complex cross-functional projects, ensuring clear ownership, streamlined workflows, and meticulously managed schedules.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities - Manage team of technical program managers responsible for cross-functional coordination and oversight of data center network and capacity growth projects in a given region to deliver on on-time delivery and cycle time goals
- Hire, coach and develop a team of program managers to meet objectives, manage career development and aid in personal growth of a team of Technical Program Managers (T/PMs).
- Work with direct reports and partner teams to set and implement short term and long term infrastructure delivery strategy for the region.
- Own and nurture relationships between cross-functional teams, defining and developing cross-team roles, expectations, and responsibilities.
- Deliver effective execution at scale within large, multi-project programs, guide process development and iterative optimization.
