They establish a consistent enterprise approach to cybersecurity intake, advisory support, prioritization, escalation, and service delivery, helping business and technology leaders understand cybersecurity requirements and incorporate security into their initiatives. Manager acts as the business-facing entry point into Enterprise Cyber Resilience, they connect stakeholder needs to the right cybersecurity capability while improving transparency, accountability, and responsiveness; without replacing the accountability of the business, technology, or risk owners it supports.
They are responsible for building the engagement model, service catalog, and team from the ground up.Salary Range - $140,000 ~ $180,000The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and

- Have owned enterprise processes for cybersecurity service intake, triages, and prioritizations, ensuring requests are properly categorized, assigned, tracked, and escalated when demand exceeds capacity.
- Enjoy facilitating business engagement on identified cyber risks, control weaknesses, and remediation activities, ensuring accountable owners understand expectations and escalating stalled or overdue actions.
- Can define the service catalog, service expectations, engagement models, and performance metrics for Enterprise Cyber Resilience, and build dashboards and reporting that give leadership visibility into demand and service delivery.
- Can engage early with major business and technology initiatives to identify cybersecurity needs and dependencies, promoting secure-by-design practices across planning and delivery.
- Want to manage business and technology stakeholder participation in cybersecurity audits, assessments, and regulatory reviews requiring cross-functional engagement.
- Would like to lead and mentor Cyber Business Enablement team, establishing clear roles and service standards while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Enjoy supporting career development, performance feedback, and drive capacity planning and management
- Can provide concise reporting to cybersecurity and technology leadership on stakeholder concerns and service performance, escalating issues that cannot be resolved through normal channels.
- Can support Day-to-day relationship management while tracking triage status, escalate unresolved risk or resourcing conflicts to our to our CISO.
Minimum Qualifications - U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, Business, Risk Management or related field OR equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 7 or more years of progressive experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, vulnerability management, application security, or a related technical security discipline.
- 3 or more years in a managerial / people leadership OR senior level role.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity risk domains (architecture, IAM, vulnerability management, incident response, application security) sufficient to coordinate across specialist teams.
- Deep understanding of service and demand management practices - intake, triage, prioritization, SLAs - across complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams and complex organizations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical cybersecurity, risk, and compliance issues into clear business impacts and actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience within a cybersecurity organization supporting multiple business lines or enterprise technology functions.
- Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, or comparable frameworks.
- Professional certification such as CISSP, GCIH, GCFA, or CISM.
