Job Summary:We're seeking a data-driven and creative CRM Performance Marketer to design and execute marketing strategies that acquire new customers. You will own the planning and execution of new customer acquisition CRM initiatives with a particular focus on incentives, merchant offers and core value props.
This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, MarTech, Operations, Product, and Analytics - requiring someone who thrives on using data and insights to craft personalized, high-impact campaigns that scale. You'll use a customer first mindset to drive business growth, with the core KPIs being account sign up, account activations and successful habituation.
Job Description:Essential Responsibilities: - Liaise with media agencies on launch plans, optimization roadmaps, and budget alignment
- Work with creative teams to define roadmaps, review proposals, and ensure seamless execution
- Activate co-branding campaigns, product launches, and report results to leadership
- Drive churn experimentation strategy, including ideation, testing, and customer experience evaluation
- Write experiment briefs, testing plans, and coordinate end-to-end implementation
- Monitor experiments post-launch, identify insights, and optimize in-flight results
- Manage budget reporting, including agency costs and incentive payouts, for all campaigns

Develop & Execute CRM Strategy- Responsible for defining the learning agenda and delivering against key performance indicators for new customer acquisition.
- Design and build comprehensive ad-hoc and always-on acquisition campaigns across owned channels internally and with 3rd party vendors - email, push notifications, in-app/app messaging, and landing pages (with direct mail as a potential secondary channel) - to drive acquisition and early habituation.
- Own acquisition landing page strategy, including page testing, personalization, and conversion optimization for sign-up flows.
Segmentation & Personalization - Audience development for prospecting and existing base (1st/ 3rd party data).
- Use 1st and 3rd party data to create dynamic audience segments and deliver tailored messaging at scale.
- Partner with 3rd party vendors to plan and execute initiatives.
Automation & Experimentation - Design and implement automated customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and A/B tests to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, push opt-in/open rate, in-app engagement, and conversion.
Data & Insights - Partner with analytics and finance teams to measure CRM performance, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and track campaign forecasts to predict performance, engagement, business impact, spend and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Product Marketing, and Integrated Marketing teams to align CRM strategies with product launches, promotional campaigns, and broader go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead others to solve issues of diverse scope. Anticipate issues and plan for mitigation.
Vendor & Partner Management - Evaluate, update and bring in third-party vendors to support acquisition initiatives as needed.
- Partner with Legal, Privacy, Vendor Management, and Compliance to negotiate contracts, SOWs, and data privacy assessments.
- Work with MarTech, Ops, and agency partners to onboard and operationalize new vendors into the campaign workflow.
Preferred Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or Performance Marketing (preferably in B2C, fintech, or e-commerce environments).
- Proven track record of executing multi-channel lifecycle programs tied to measurable growth outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, campaign forecasting, and KPI optimization.
- Proven skills to leverage customer segmentation and build testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset - eager to test, learn, and iterate quickly.

The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring. The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

Additional compensation for this role may include an annual performance bonus, equity, or other incentive compensation, as applicable.
