Job DescriptionAre you a nurse leader who is passionate about elevating clinical practice and investing in the growth of the caregivers around you? As the Manager of Nursing Practice and Clinical Education at Providence Medical Group Northwest Washington, you'll design and drive educational programs that strengthen clinical competency across a diverse team of registered nurses, medical assistants, and allied health caregivers. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to clinic leadership - including physicians and practice managers - on nursing roles, procedures, staff development, and scope of practice, directly shaping the quality of care delivered across our clinics.
Required Qualifications:- Master's Degree in Nursing or
- Completion of Master's program within 6 months of hire.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- 2 years management experience.
- 5 years' experience in related nursing field.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's Degree: MSN in Nursing Education or Leadership.
- Upon hire: Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association.
- Upon hire: National Nursing Certification (relevant to ambulatory nursing).

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
