Full Job Description
Coordinates assigned components of cross-functional implementations by translating approved charters into detailed plans and deliverables.

Develops and maintains integrated project plans to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.

Aligns internal teams and external suppliers on scope, timelines, dependencies, and multi-site workstream sequencing.

Tracks budgets, forecasts, and capital spend inputs to support financial controls and timely variance actions.

Coordinates contracting and supplier execution by coordinating specifications, work orders, and deliverable acceptance checkpoints.

Prepares executive-ready status reporting across milestones, risks, issues, and decisions to sustain stakeholder alignment.

Improves delivery methods and documentation standards to strengthen repeatability and implementation readiness.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

4+ years of experience in analytics delivery, change management, process improvement, project management, or a related field required.

Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodology (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agile), continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma etc.), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent certification preferred.

Leads project workstreams across technology implementations, process changes, and cross-functional operations.
Drives process improvement, standardization, and delivery effectiveness.
Communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Applies strong analytical problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly.
Uses project tools effectively, including Microsoft Project and Excel.
