Full Job Description
Your role:
• Assist with the review and preparation of business valuations using various
valuation methodologies
• Lead Quality of Earnings and Due Diligence engagements
• Assist with the review and preparation of impairment tests and purchase price
allocations as it relates to financial reporting requirements under IFRS
• Prepare and present high-quality client deliverables including valuation reports, and databooks
• Oversee engagement timelines and deliverables ensuring all engagements are
completed on schedule and within the budget
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices in
business valuations and financial analysis
• Manage, develop and mentor other staff with their professional and personal
development
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Ability to identify and participate in business development opportunities
• Occasionally support the Partners in relationship management responsibilities and practice development
You bring:
• CPA and CBV designation
• Minimum 3 years of valuation experience from a professional services firm
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with financial modelling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven business development skills
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary range: $100,000 - $135,000
