The Mgr, Business Ops oversees a team with responsibility for pre-order operational activities including systems related processes in support of sales quotes, sales orders, purchasing, pricing, and/or procurement. This position will ensure that operational excellence is achieved through technological improvements and efficiencies.
What you'll be doing- Manage, train an develop Business Systems Analysts and Business Operations team members.
- Provide guidance and direction to ensure all systems and applications operate smoothly and foster coordination between departments.
- Maximize the efficiency of all pre-order business operations procedures.
- Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments.
- Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
- Resolve highly complex client, account, and/or processing issues and discrepancies.
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.
- Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability.
- Determine the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans.
- Assists on special projects and provides ad hoc reports as needed.

- Experience in evaluating and streamlining processes

- 3+ years of specialized/industry experience
- 3+ years in Software Industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)

Range:Minimum: $94,000 USD Maximum: $151,000 USD
