Department OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insights Manager to join our Product Insights Team. You will be the voice of the user and the market, responsible for generating the foundational insights that guide our product strategy. You will be responsible for translating the complex interactions between users into actionable Insights. Your primary mission is to deeply understand the "why" behind user behavior and identify untapped opportunities, ensuring our product, engineering, and design teams are focused on the most impactful problems.
Duties- Perform Behavioral Data Analysis: Dive deep into product interaction data to model user behavior, identify patterns, and understand how our products are being utilized to serve our customers and crew
- Provide Actionable Recommendations: Translate complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for product managers, designers, and engineers to inform their roadmaps, prioritization, and designs.
- Align Success Measurement & OKRs: Partner with product leadership to define key product success metrics (OKRs) and build tools and reporting to monitor product performance and the impact of new features.
- Communicate Results: Stand up & run regular reporting rituals with all levels of the organization to keep them apprised on the progress of features and platforms
- Enable our Market Teams: Onboard and enable their data and insights teams to report back on progress/success
- Grow our measurement capabilities: Partner with technical teams to grow our instrumentation and measurement capabilities tied to the platform.
QualificationsWe are looking for a candidate with a strong background in research and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be an expert at connecting the dots between data and user experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in an insights, product insights, user research, or data science
- Analytical Expertise: Deep expertise in quantitative analysis & tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools, Alteryx, Tableau).
- Data Storytelling: A proven ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into a compelling narrative and actionable strategy.
- Influential Communicator: The ability to simplify and articulate complex findings to diverse audiences and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
- Problem-First Mindset: A passion for starting with the user problem and a relentless curiosity to uncover the "why" behind the data.

Salary RangeThe expected salary range for this role is $115,872.00 - $144,840.00 per year
