Job: Manager, Brand Experience (Garnier)

Reports To: Ryan Brissenden (VP - Brand Image & Experience)

Position Overview

The Manager, Brand Experience sits within the Garnier Brand Image and Experience team, playing a key role in bringing our brand vision to life through high-impact events, strategic creator relations, and compelling narrative distribution. This role requires close cross-category collaboration and a strong focus on community building, purpose-driven activations, and seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Experiences
  • Lead end-to-end event management, providing comprehensive support for brand moments, consumer activations, and trade events.
  • Drive category partnerships to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all Garnier product lines.
  • Execute impactful VIP and purpose-driven activations aligned with Garnier's sustainability and brand values.

Community, Seeding & Creator Relations
  • Own and manage the Lorealistar program, fostering strong relationships with our key community advocates.
  • Execute bespoke VIP outreach strategies and manage targeted surprise & delight seeding campaigns.

Communications & Press
  • Drive strategic narrative distribution across channels to maximize earned and owned media impact.
  • Facilitate cross-category alignment to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Curate immersive media and influencer experiences that elevate the Garnier brand footprint.

Strategic Brand Support
  • Support cultural activation initiatives and continuously monitor beauty and lifestyle trends to keep the brand relevant.
  • Coordinate talent, spokespeople, and strategic partnerships, ensuring all contractual deliverables are successfully met.
