What is the opportunity?

RBC is looking for a highly motivated, versatile and AI-enabled Marketing Manager for Branch and Regional marketing disciplines supporting both Personal & Commercial Banking. This combined role sits at the intersection of regional and in-branch campaign execution requiring a collaborative professional who can manage the full channel marketing cycle - from integrated regional planning and community impact programs through to the physical and digital client experience inside RBC branches.

You will drive innovative marketing practices to boost brand consideration, engagement, and acquisition through high-impact initiatives. Working within the Branch & Regional Marketing team, you will develop branch experiences, and community campaigns that engage clients and staff, while supporting 8 Regional marketing teams with integrated planning and tactical execution.

What will you do?

  • Support the development of integrated marketing planning for line-of-business (LOB) campaigns and regional sponsorships, festivals and community events, working closely with LOB partners, Enterprise Brand and the individual Regions
  • Lead all tactical elements related to LOB & regional campaigns, bringing executional expertise as per defined process - from creative brief through to asset delivery
  • Support the end-to-end creative development of client-focused branch and regional assets, directing internal partners, agencies, and vendors to drive impact
  • Support strategy, cadence and manage execution of branch merchandising assets
  • Stay up-to-date researching and sharing key trends that influence branch merchandising and regional strategies; drive innovation in the branch and regional environments
  • Support data and analytics efforts leveraging RBC approved platforms and tools while pursuing test-and-learn opportunities
  • Maintain a strong focus on client experience, timelines and budget management across all initiatives
  • Support campaign measurement, assessment, and continuous improvement through post-analysis
  • Leverage AI tools to optimize day-to-day work, maximize efficiency, and elevate client experiences within branch environments and regionally within communities


What You Need to Succeed

Must-Have
  • Post-secondary (college or university) degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, including previous merchandising or marketing program management
  • Exceptional project management, leadership and organizational skills with proven ability to self-manage across multiple workstreams
  • Strong budget management skills and keen attention to detail
  • Experience working with agencies - including briefing, managing the creative process and maintaining a creative eye
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships; strong collaboration skills with a growth mindset
  • Strong communication and organization skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong comfort level with the use of AI tools, acting as an early adopter to unlock opportunities for learnings, efficiencies, and incremental results


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with branch marketing (print, visual, digital and interactive formats)
  • Experience with Regional marketing (event management, sponsorship execution)
  • Experience using data to inform marketing, digital marketing and innovation programs
  • Comfortable in an innovation-driven team culture with an appetite for test-and-learn
  • Familiarity and experience with project management tools, Asana and Excel
