Full Job Description
Are you ready to architect the digital backbone of tomorrow? We9re seeking a CDR Network Plan Performance Manager to lead a team dedicated to root causing build plan misses, identifying systemic gaps, and driving improvement initiatives across our infrastructure planning organization. The build plan determines what and how many server racks we can build each week given material and capacity constraints across a 13-week rolling horizon. This role is the linchpin between plan creation and plan execution - ensuring that performance is measured, understood, and continuously improved. As CDR matures and additional planning elements are introduced (e.g., Landing Plan), this team9s charter will expand to cover the broader planning portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of building and leading high-performing analytical teams, establishing performance management frameworks, and driving cross-functional accountability in complex supply chain environments. You will own the end-to-end performance measurement of supply chain inputs and assumptions made in the build plan, and lead the team that ensures we are driving measurable improvement week over week. Key job responsibilities Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and develop a team of CDR Network Plan Performance individual contributors focused on root cause analysis, metrics development, and improvement initiatives. Establish team operating rhythms, talent development plans, and a culture of data-driven accountability. Foster cross-functional relationships with Build Plan, Landing Plan, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance teams. Performance Framework & Metrics: Design and implement a performance management framework that measures the accuracy and reliability of supply chain inputs/assumptions feeding the 13-week build plan (e.g., material availability, capacity constraints, vendor commitments). Define, own, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that track build plan adherence (racks planned vs. built per week), miss categories, and systemic gap trends. Establish governance mechanisms (e.g., weekly/monthly performance reviews) to drive visibility from leadership to execution teams. Root Cause Analysis & Systemic Gap Identification: Lead structured root cause analysis (RCA) processes for build plan misses across all supply chain dimensions (hardware, power, cooling, network, construction, etc.). Identify recurring patterns and systemic gaps in planning assumptions, data quality, process adherence, and cross-functional handoffs. Develop and maintain a taxonomy of miss categories to enable trending, prioritization, and targeted intervention. A day in the life Improvement Initiatives & Accountability: - Drive the creation, prioritization, and execution of improvement initiatives that address identified systemic gaps. - Partner with Build Plan owners to close the loop between performance insights and planning process changes. - Establish mechanisms to track initiative progress, measure impact, and ensure sustained improvement. - As additional planning elements (e.g., Landing Plan) are introduced to CDR, expand the team9s scope and charter to cover end-to-end plan performance. Strategic & Operational Alignment: - Translate performance insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership. - Ensure alignment between performance findings and broader planning transformation efforts (SIOP, demand planning, capacity planning). - Represent the Performance team in cross-functional planning forums and escalation reviews. About the team Our team is dedicated to supporting new members. We have a broad mix of experience levels and tenures, and we9re building an environment that celebrates knowledge-sharing and mentorship. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 7+ years of project management (including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management) experience - Bachelor9s degree, or Master9s degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses, or experience with process improvement, Kaizan, and Six Sigma - Experience in root cause analysis and error correction, identifying changes to procedures and systems to implement long-term fixes and avoid repeating issues - Knowledge of supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, sourcing, optimization and logistics or equivalent PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with enterprise-scale infrastructure or development-based cloud programs/projects in a related industry - Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies - Proven track record of building performance management or operational excellence functions from the ground up - Advanced analytical skills with experience in data visualization, statistical analysis, and scenario modeling - Experience with build plan / S&OP adherence measurement in high-complexity, multi-variable environments - MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields The base salary range for this position is listed below.
