The
Manager, Audience Solutions is a highly visible and strategically important role at PubMatic, reporting into the Audience GTM team. We are looking for an individual whose data and audience targeting experience has given them a keen understanding of how to leverage first party data assets, especially publisher first-party data, for commercialization in a real-time bidding environment.
Working out of our New York City office, the role will be tasked managing our relationships with major publishers, data companies, advertisers and agencies, enhancing their current data and audience monetization strategies, and selling in a new audience and data products to our current partners.
Successfully doing so requires a strategic, collaborative thinker who can own the account management, troubleshooting and deliver growth to our partners team and act as a subject-matter expert as needed to our Customer Success and Ad Solutions teams. This role requires the ability to explain technical information to diverse audiences and coordinate with internal teams to deliver on schedule. The ideal candidate has experience at a digital agency and deep understanding of the value of their first party data asset in the media ecosystem. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a record of progressive responsibility and accomplishments in developing new ways to grow demand, and will have strong knowledge of all facets of segmentation strategies and operational requirements for real time campaign delivery, including tactics such as Audience Extension. The candidate will sell the use of PubMatic's Connect solution to customers who then enable media campaigns on our platform on behalf of their advertiser customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise around programmatic formats (Data, within Display, OLV, CTV), site list curation, deal/campaign scale
- Responsible for setup, QA, data driven deals/campaign management, troubleshooting, analysis, tags, optimizations and more
- Develop and manage connect integrations, troubleshoot, and data ingestion
- Responsible for the delivery and scale of the deal/campaigns
- Help develop documentation for all processes that support data operations, including campaign setup, deployment, QA and organization for deal management
- Collaborate with product, sales engineers, analysts, and strategists
- Become an expert on the PubMatic's platform as well as best practices around Connect (setup, deal management, troubleshooting, optimizations)
- Combine data analysis and client KPI's to create optimization strategies and provide the most effective solutions for campaigns
- Be proactive to offer solutions based on data and analytics from deal analysis
- Manage campaigns on behalf of select clients, including pacing, optimization and reporting
- Work with the wider product and operations team to help define features and drive enhancements to PubMatic platform
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager in the AdTech industry
- Experience working with Jira
- Strong analytical skills and thrives at problem solving
Compensation And BenefitsTotal Compensation Range: $125,000 - $160,000
In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic's reasonable estimate of the total salary for this role (base + bonus). The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a competitive benefits package.
