You will be involved in greenfield projects, bringing insight and focus to undefined problems. You will also work hand-in-hand with product and solution teams to convert customer challenges into fluid technical solutions. Responsibilities • Own the AI platform roadmap and delivery end to end • Ensure platform AI is measurable and dependable • Work together with product and solution teams to address real customer challenges • Enable teams to build on the platform and own their deliverables • Hire, mentor, and grow the platform ai engineering team • Stay actively involved and contribute to architecture and full-stack production code Requirements • 7+ years of software engineering experience, including full-stack development and AI/ML platform infrastructure • 2+ years of engineering management experience • Strong full-stack development skills - front-end through back-end and APIs - with solid cloud infrastructure experience • Experience operating AI systems in production • Deep, current command of AI and modern LLM/GenAI infrastructure Join us and play a role in advancing the future growth of AI platform engineering at Ripple Labs Inc.!
