Job Description:

As a Management Director - SVP, you will drive organization and client goals through strategic leadership, championing internal teams and fostering a collaborative environment. You'll represent the agency with confidence and expertise, bringing solutions to critical business needs and driving strategic development and brand planning. By prioritizing what's right for all stakeholders and championing learning and development, you will deliver exceptional results, inspire high-performing teams, and drive business growth, embodying the agency's values of inclusivity, innovation, and excellence.

A Day in the Life:
  • Partner with clients to define brand vision, objectives, and strategic opportunities.
  • Train, develop, and lead account teams to deliver successful digital marketing programs.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, actively listening to challenges and building strong teams.
  • Apply core marketing principles to drive client business and identify growth opportunities.
  • Make informed decisions on finances, staff, and resources, balancing agency and client needs.
  • Champion change management, innovation, and organizational change, driving new ideas and strategies.
  • Manage P&L responsibility for assigned brands, meeting revenue milestones and demonstrating fiscal responsibility.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, inspiring and developing staff to reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners, communicating effectively and tailoring responses to respective audiences.


About You:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred), with 12+ years of relevant industry experience in pharma advertising.
  • Proven experience managing high-performing teams and a variety of clients, including diverse sizes, categories, and structures.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong digital and technical skills, including knowledge of digital, media, social, and analytics, with experience in multichannel production and brand planning.
  • Critical negotiation skills, with ability to foster strong relationships, mentor team members, and drive collaborative partnerships.
  • Confidence and curiosity, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and empathy, with ability to navigate complex team and client dynamics.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
