What you will do

Operations

The Operations team at KPMG supports clients in the Financial Services sector (Wealth & Asset Management, Insurance, Private Equity, Pensions), the Public Sector and the Energy and Natural Resources sectors with a range of services: strategic planning, growth & omni-channel strategy, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, process improvement/redesign, cost optimization/value realization and accounting/regulatory change programs. As part of the Operations team, you will help clients perform current situation assessments/diagnostics, visioning/target state design as well as develop roadmaps and support implementation.

What you bring to the role

SENIOR CONSULTANT LEVEL:

Senior Consultants usually join Management Consulting with at least 3 years of work experience, coming from an MBA, PhD, MD, JD, or other advanced degree program. Senior Consultants are expected to be able to come into the Management Consulting team and immediately make a significant impact. Those coming from undergraduate degrees or master's degrees with less than 3 years' work experience should consider applying for the Consultant position.

  • You are a highly motivated individual, enthusiastic about taking on a variety of obstacles and opportunities.
  • You have a strong academic record from your undergraduate or master's degree and/or relevant professional experience that brings valuable knowledge and perspective to your area of focus
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity; demonstrated ability to effectively interact, build relationships with a diverse group of clients and colleagues and take an active role in coaching and developing junior colleagues.
  • You have strong problem solving and analytical abilities, and can navigate ambiguity to identify a clear path forward.
  • You have an entrepreneurial drive and are a creative problem solver.
  • You have a strong sense of personal accountability, as well as a proven track record of successfully dealing with multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
  • You are able to support general project management and oversee the planning, scheduling and completion of targets and engagements, asset development, and other initiatives.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
