DutiesHelp
- Analyzes and develops methods to improve the accuracy, adequacy, and timeliness of information and information systems used for
disseminating financial and statistical information. - Develops guidance and criteria for the collection and coordination of financial and statistical data and provides statistical presentations to
Command management at all organizational levels. - Responsible for workload and fiscal data reported in the General Funds Enterprise Business System.
- Analyzes, verifies accuracy, and initiate corrective action for workload and costing data within higher authority-maintained systems.
- Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the Command's financial and workload data from multiple workload computer systems used to
determine Command resources. - Researches avenues of evaluation and develops techniques suitable for assessing the Military Treatment Facility programs and processes.
- Works with clinical department heads to direct and develop quarterly contract reviews in support of management internal control program COR oversight
- Oversees the MTF's contracts that are supported through special initiative funding ie Wounder Warrior, Mental Health (BHIP), Human Capital Initiative.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education/and or experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience GS 12: One year of specialized experience which includes: (1) analyzing methods used to measure and define manpower requirements to recommend process improvements; (2) presenting reports of data trends related to administrative operation to medical treatment facility management; (3) facilitating training to personnel within the medical treatment facility on implemented programs or processes; and (4) verifying accuracy of workload and costing data. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Time in Grade Requirement GS 12: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
