What You Will Do:• Manage large projects with limited guidance or oversight, delegate work to lower-level employees and review others' work within job area.
• Achieve both client and company operational objectives.
• Rely on extensive commercial lending experience to independently develop approaches to solutions within job area.
• Recommend product enhancements and collaborate with business analysts on business requirements.
• Provide guidance to technology team on user experience and user acceptance testing.
• Identify and incorporate moderate improvements to guidelines and processes to enhance performance of job area.
• Influence others inside and outside the organization to justify practices, policies, and procedures (i.e., change management)
• Assist on large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance to the client and organization.
• Communicate with external clients or stakeholders to ensure alignment on policies, standard operating procedures, concepts, and approaches. Prepare and present training materials for loan systems to clients and third-party stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees across the Company within functional area of expertise.
What You Will Need:• Requires strong knowledge of government lending policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of project management.
• Requires a University Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience; (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
• 5 years of experience working within government loan systems.
What Would Be Nice To Have:• Experience with testing and implementation of commercial or government lending platforms
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
• Outstanding organization, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong people skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong network of SBA government guaranteed lenders.
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
