What You'll Be Doing
Lead and oversee maintenance operations for a fleet of ready mix vehicles and production equipment to maximize reliability, safety, and performance.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs that minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, vendor relationships, and resource planning to support business objectives.
Coach, develop, and support maintenance team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards across maintenance activities.
What Are We Looking For

Work Environment
Primarily based in a ready mix production and maintenance environment with regular exposure to outdoor conditions, noise, dust, moving equipment, and varying weather conditions.
Frequent interaction with maintenance personnel, operations teams, vendors, and drivers across multiple locations.
May require travel between facilities and availability to support critical maintenance activities as needed.
