Pay Range: $97,710.00 – $130,276.66

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Construction Manager II to lead and oversee capital construction projects, ensuring safe execution, operational excellence, and successful project delivery. This role partners closely with plant operations, contractors, engineering teams, and stakeholders to manage projects from planning through completion.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead construction projects from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout.

• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.

• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.

• Communicate project status, risks, and performance metrics to leadership and key stakeholders.

Work Environment
