Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years of industrial automation maintenance experience, including stamping and supervisory roles.
• Flexibility to work any shift and include overtime when necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging across all employee levels, from hourly workers to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to cultivate effective business relationships with plant leadership and external customers.
• Capable of managing multiple projects at once and prioritizing under pressure.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing maintenance team members.
• Goal-driven self-starter with strong leadership qualities.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement systems and lean manufacturing principles.
• Technical troubleshooting and programming expertise in controls, robotics, drives, and communication systems.
• Familiarity with machine operation and system integration challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all maintenance activities and personnel within the press room.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and oversee new project implementations.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and standardization efforts.
• Provide clear line-ups and prioritize tasks effectively for maintenance teams.
• Champion Professional Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance projects in the pressroom.
• Engage actively with Stellantis Industrial System initiatives and performance metrics.
