The Stellantis Vehicle and Propulsion Controls organization (PVPC) is the "brain" of the Propulsion Systems division aimed at translating Performance and Functional Objectives into Controls features implemented in the embedded software.
The PVPC organization scope spans the V development cycle with the following core missions:
- translate system specifications and objectives into requirements
- distribute control functions and networking strategies
- implement core functions and diagnostics algorithm design
- validate the functions to requirements
Within PVPC Organization the Controls Management Team acts as the main interface to the individual program ensuring that its needs are met.
As a result of significant challenges embraced by Stellantis to become the leader of the new era of mobility, we are currently looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Controls Integration Engineer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Controls Manager in the technical management, global planning & execution and programs coordination of the Controls and SW platform solution for Engines or Transmissions or Hybrid or Battery or Charging or eMotor Electronic Control Units.

What will you be doing? As Controls Integration Engineer you will:
- Collect and deploy the high-level requirements with the key stakeholders (Systems, Architecture, Network, Controls & Software and Validation teams)
- Coordinate Controls feature development by tracking the technical deliverables, supporting the technical discussions and change management approvals
- Act as Technical lead for controls testing, supporting the test cases and tracking the validation results
- Coordinate Controls technical troubleshooting by leading the issue resolution, managing and tracking all technical open points at program level
- Develop a detailed technical project timing and risk assessments assisting the Controls Managers
Basic qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5 years of related experience
- As you will be working on Complex Systems, it is essential the successful candidate can show a proven record of working on his/her own initiative and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical solutions
- Ability to work in an Agile environment
- High level understanding of Vehicle and Propulsion systems, and Electronic Control Module(s) software & controls requirements, development, validation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork skills, and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal / direct authority
- Be proactive, take ownership and be accountable
Preferred qualifications:- DFSS "Design For Six Sigma" Green Belt and /or Black Belt certification(s), or equivalent
- Master's degree in engineering and technology
- Previous experience as Controls/SW developer, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plus
