Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Accountable for project completion from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope and client requirements.
Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, defining milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks, devise mitigation plans, and manage issues, escalations, and dependencies.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates on progress, KPIs, and financials (P&L/budget).
Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client specifications (e.g., HLD/LLD).
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional , facilitating collaboration and fostering a productive working environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Proven experience (often 5-10+ years) in technical project management or service delivery.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
