Job Title: M365 Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)
Job Description:
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in M365 Suites of Products within the Cissharepoint domain to drive collaboration and productivity solutions
Expert knowledge and handson experience with Microsoft 365 Suites of Products including SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive and related collaboration tools
Deep understanding of Cissharepoint skill cluster family concepts and best practices Ability to design deploy and manage enterpriselevel SharePoint environments and M365 collaboration solutions
Experience in integrating M365 applications to streamline business processes and enhance user engagement
Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving complex issues related to M365 services and SharePoint infrastructure Knowledge of security compliance and governance within the M365 ecosystem
Proven track record of working with crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
Familiarity with Power Platform Power Automate Power Apps is a plus but not mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and administration of M365 Suites focusing on SharePoint Online and associated collaboration tools
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective M365 solutions
Manage SharePoint site collections permissions and lifecycle management to ensure optimal performance and security
Develop and maintain documentation for M365 configurations customizations and workflows Provide expert guidance and support for endusers and technical teams on M365 functionalities
Monitor and optimize the usage of M365 applications to improve productivity and collaboration Stay updated with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates to continuously enhance the environment
Participate in troubleshooting incident management and root cause analysis related to M365 services
