What you'll do

As a Loyalty Specialist, you will play a critical role in executing loyalty marketing campaigns by creating, configuring, and validating loyalty offers across multiple programs and channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, CRM, Analytics, and external vendors to ensure offers are launched accurately and on schedule.

  • Create and configure loyalty offers within loyalty management systems according to documented business requirements.
  • Support the execution of personalized 1:1 member offers, targeted campaigns, promotional events, flyer offers, and ad hoc initiatives.
  • Review campaign requirements and translate offer logic into system configurations.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to validate offer setup, targeting, rewards, and member experience.
  • Perform defect identification, issue troubleshooting, and documentation of test results.
  • Validate audience criteria, offer mechanics, earning conditions, exclusions, and reward calculations.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders to resolve configuration issues and clarify requirements.
  • Support campaign launch readiness activities and ensure execution timelines are met.
  • Monitor offer performance during launch periods and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of offer configurations, testing outcomes, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and reduce defects.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes, controls, and service-level agreements.
  • Assist with prioritization and management of multiple concurrent campaign requests.

Broadband Salary range: $64,000.00 and $106,000.00 CAD Annual.

Our typical hiring range is between $64,000 and $85,000 CAD Annual. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
