Summary:

Goldbelt APEX is looking for a Logistics Training/GCSS-Army SME.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

• Provide scheduled technical assistance and mentorship to WAARNG logistics personnel and company-level supply rooms.
• Deliver hands-on GCSS-Army instruction and troubleshooting.
• Train personnel on property file maintenance, material requisitions, lateral transfers, document registers, and other supply transactions.
• Diagnose complex GCSS-Army transaction errors and instruct personnel on proper resolution.
• Develop and update logistics training materials, curricula, lesson plans, practical exercises, and GCSS-Army transaction exercises.
• Deliver classroom, virtual, and over-the-shoulder logistics instruction.
• Develop and deliver training supporting CSDP, force modernization, property accountability, and NTC preparation.
• Provide targeted training to address identified CSDP and logistics deficiencies.
• Conduct post-training assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Coordinate training schedules and requirements with supported WAARNG organizations.
• Support other logistics SMEs during NTC preparation, inventories, modernization activities, and workload surges.
• Maintain required technical-assistance, curriculum, roster, attendance, and assessment documentation.  

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

• Advanced hands-on knowledge of GCSS-Army.
• Strong understanding of Army unit supply and property accountability operations.
• Experience training, mentoring, or providing technical assistance to Army logistics personnel.
• Ability to diagnose and clearly explain complex GCSS-Army transaction issues.
• Experience developing training materials, lesson plans, practical exercises, or curricula.
• Ability to provide classroom, virtual, and hands-on/over-the-shoulder instruction.
• Knowledge of CSDP and Army logistics readiness requirements.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated technical proficiency in GCSS-Army logistics operations, force modernization, and large-scale brigade deployment operations.
• Demonstrated experience providing Army logistics technical assistance, training, or mentorship.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous GCSS-Army instructor or trainer experience.
• Experience providing company-level unit supply training.
• CSDP training or evaluation-preparation experience.
• Army instructor/trainer certification or equivalent military instructor experience.
• Previous Army National Guard logistics experience.
• Experience developing GCSS-Army practical exercises or logistics training curricula.
• Experience delivering training across multiple Army organizational levels.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually.
