Summary:

Goldbelt APEX is looking for a GCSS-Army/Property Accountability SME.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide advanced GCSS-Army technical assistance and troubleshooting to WAARNG logistics personnel.
  • Analyze and assist with resolution of complex GCSS-Army transaction errors, including Z-Park issues, open requisitions, and document register errors.
  • Perform and support GCSS-Army reconciliations.
  • Support Property Book Offices with high-volume lateral transfers, FOI processing, asset alignment, and organizational restructuring.
  • Support property book and asset accountability activities across supported organizations.
  • Assist with Joint Change of Command, sensitive-item, cyclic, pre-NTC, and other inventories.
  • Provide procedural guidance and post-inventory reconciliation support.
  • Assist with preparation, records research, technical review, and tracking of FLIPL documentation.
  • Provide e-FLIPL technical guidance and conduct pre-routing compliance reviews.
  • Track FLIPL packages and processing timelines.
  • Provide technical assistance and mentorship to company-level supply rooms.
  • Support CSDP readiness and deficiency remediation.
  • Support asset realignment associated with force modernization and organizational changes.
  • Assist with GCSS-Army requirements associated with NTC preparation and redeployment.
  • Maintain required reconciliation, PBO, inventory, FLIPL, and technical-assistance documentation.
Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Advanced hands-on GCSS-Army experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Army property accountability and unit supply operations.
  • Experience with property books, inventories, lateral transfers, asset reconciliation, and supply transactions.
  • Knowledge of Army FLIPL processes and property-loss documentation.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex GCSS-Army transaction issues.
  • Experience supporting PBO and/or unit-level property accountability activities.
  • Experience providing technical assistance or mentorship to Army logistics personnel.
  • Experience supporting logistics operations at company, battalion, and/or brigade levels.
  • Ability to work independently and support geographically dispersed Army organizations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated technical proficiency in GCSS-Army logistics operations, force modernization, and large-scale brigade deployment operations.
  • Demonstrated Army property accountability and logistics experience.
  • Advanced hands-on experience using GCSS-Army.
  • Active Secret security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting an Army Property Book Office (PBO).
  • Experience with e-FLIPL.
  • CSDP experience.
  • Army unit supply or property accountability background.
  • Previous Army National Guard logistics experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale inventories.
  • Experience supporting organizational property and asset realignments.
  • Experience with AESIP and other Army logistics information systems.
  • Experience supporting pre-deployment and redeployment property accountability.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 annually.
