About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics and Inventory Specialist to manage the flow of materials through our production and shipping pipelines. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring readiness for assembly builds. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and bring strong attention to detail, communication, and initiative.

What you'll do
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including labeling, documentation, and coordination with carriers.
  • Receive materials and parts, inspect deliveries, and accurately update inventory records.
  • Maintain an organized and accessible inventory system; pull and kit components for builds as needed.
  • Cross-reference bills of materials (BOMs) against current inventory to identify assemblies as "Clear to Build"
  • Issue purchase orders (POs) based on inventory needs and project requirements.
  • Track and manage the status of open orders, follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to forecast material needs and prevent shortages.
  • Resolve discrepancies in orders, inventory, and shipments with vendors and internal teams.
  • Support improvements to inventory management systems and logistics processes.


What we are looking for

  • Familiarity with inventory tracking software, spreadsheets, and BOM management.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks or related equipment as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with minimal supervision.

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
