The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00

As a Logistics Analyst - Shipt Operations, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational excellence for Target Last Mile Delivery and Same Day Delivery. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), data, and metrics, to identify, execute and drive improvement through root cause defect reduction. Your work will focus on driving strong results in cost, service, speed, and sustainability. You will need to connect and work collaboratively with internal partners, technical teams, product teams, and field teams. Strong problem solving skills, ability to drive change, self-motivated execution, and being a collaborative team player are essential skills for this role. It is important you are comfortable working in ambiguous situations, are adaptable to change, and able to execute vital processes in multiple systems.

About you:

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years experience operating and executing in complex systems

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills

• Ability to analyze data in Excel or other analytical tools

• Creative approach to problem solving

• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

• Ability to set goals or outcomes and track and communicate progress

• Can make decisions with little to no guidance from manager or other leaders

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in distribution or transportation

• Experience with SQL and proficient in Excel

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
