LOA Project Manager IV

itD is seeking an LOA Project Manager IV to lead a high-priority, cross-functional initiative addressing leave calculation errors within the Lincoln/Workday integration while supporting US PayMeta operations and broader People Operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in People Operations, Payroll, HR Technology, Workday, and enterprise project management, with a proven track record of coordinating complex, cross-team programs and delivering measurable operational improvements.

Location: Remote; candidates must be located within PST or CST time zones. Occasional domestic travel may be required for workshops when remote participation is not possible.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project coordination for LOA Fix Stage 1, including modifications to the Lincoln integration and the salary-proration turn-off.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and delivery across Lincoln, Time Away, Employee Programs, PayMeta, and Benefits teams.
  • Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, competing priorities, and escalations across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Coordinate integration testing and issue resolution across HR, Payroll, Absence, and related systems.
  • Prepare for and support the Stage 2 face-to-face workshop planned for October, including coordination across participating teams.
  • Provide operational project management support for US PayMeta business-as-usual activities.
  • Maintain clear status reporting, stakeholder communications, project documentation, and delivery tracking while supporting broader Spend Cluster initiatives such as Project PRIDE, RSU Transformation, and Workday Reimagined as capacity allows.
Internal Responsibilities
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material, including blogs and media material.
  • Build material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events, both in person and virtually.
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Payroll, or HR Technology.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday, including HCM, Payroll, or Absence modules.
  • Proven experience coordinating projects across multiple teams in a large-scale enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, leave of absence policies, and system integrations.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating complex deliverables and resolving cross-functional dependencies.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience with Lincoln Financial or similar absence/disability management vendors.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end leave processing lifecycles.
  • Experience in a technology company People Operations environment.
  • Experience in a large technology, financial services, or other enterprise organization.
  • Experience supporting organizations with 20,000+ employees.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience with system integration testing across HR and Payroll platforms, particularly Workday.
  • Previous experience at a major technology company.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required.
