Groom Law Group seeks a junior-level associatewith commercial litigation experience to join its nationwide federal court ERISA practice. Responsibilities
The litigation associate would represent clients in class actions and other complex litigation matters related to the management and administration of retirement and healthcare plans and investigations by federal agencies.
Qualifications
Employee benefits experience is a plus but is not required. The expected annual pay range for this position is $235,000 - $270,000. Please note that the offer amount will be dependent on attorney class year, relevant experience, and skillset.
