(Linux/Windows & Automation Support) to support enterprise infrastructure and platform operations within a highly dynamic production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong operational experience across Windows and Linux platforms, expertise in ITIL processes, scheduler administration, automation troubleshooting, and a proven ability to coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and service continuity.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, hands-on technical troubleshooting capabilities, and experience managing incidents, changes, releases, and platform-related operational activities within a mission-critical environment.
In this role, you willa { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; }- Manage and support ITIL service management processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Knowledge Management to ensure operational stability and service excellence.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders, offshore delivery teams, infrastructure teams, and application support groups to drive timely resolution of incidents, changes, releases, and operational issues.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for enterprise Windows and Linux environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability of critical production systems.
- Monitor systems, applications, and scheduled workflows; proactively identify issues and execute corrective actions to minimize business impact.
- Perform detailed troubleshooting and debugging of production issues by analyzing system logs, exception reports, and application failures across Linux and Windows platforms.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes and preventive measures to improve system stability.
- Create, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux scheduler jobs using cron and crontab, ensuring successful execution of business-critical batch processes.
- Debug, enhance, and support automation scripts written in Bash and Python, resolving execution failures and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Administer Stonebranch Scheduler by creating, configuring, executing, monitoring, and troubleshooting jobs, workflows, and automation processes across the enterprise environment.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, runbooks, and support procedures while providing timely status updates and communications during incidents, releases, and major operational events.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, Production Support, or Platform Support environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
- Experience supporting enterprise Windows and Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with:

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing permanent fixes.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams and client stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Experience supporting highly regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Exposure to automation and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of enterprise job scheduling and workload automation platforms.
- Experience working in banking, financial services, or large-scale enterprise environments.
