Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, implementation, and continuous enhancement of SAP Finance solutions across global Finance organizations. This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to drive business transformation through SAP S/4HANA Finance and related technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management capabilities with deep finance domain expertise and SAP solution knowledge to deliver scalable, business-value-driven outcomes. This position requires strategic leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to align technology investments with enterprise financial objectives.

In this role, you will:
• Define and manage the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for SAP Finance products and platforms.
• Partner with Finance leadership to align SAP Finance capabilities with business goals, transformation initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead SAP Finance modernization initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation and process optimization programs.
• Drive the design, implementation, and enhancement of key SAP Finance capabilities including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Cash Management, Financial Planning, and Consolidation.
• Manage product backlogs, feature prioritization, release planning, and adoption strategies to maximize business value.
• Oversee implementation and optimization of SAP Finance solutions such as SAP FICO, Central Finance, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Treasury & Cash Management, and Financial Close processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation, analytics, reporting, and GenAI opportunities within Finance operations.
• Develop business cases, define success metrics, and prioritize investments based on ROI and organizational impact.
• Work with architecture, delivery, and support teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant finance solutions.
• Drive user adoption, change management, training, and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance organizations.

What you need to have to be considered
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance, Finance Transformation, Product Management, or ERP leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP Finance solutions including SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, Central Finance, and related Finance modules.
• Deep understanding of finance business processes including General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Cash Management, Financial Close, and Consolidation.
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading SAP implementation, modernization, or migration programs in global organizations.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Finance reporting, planning, and analytics capabilities.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies including AI, GenAI, automation, and intelligent finance processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
• Experience working in Agile, product-centric, and enterprise delivery environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP FICO, or related SAP certifications are preferred.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $[100,000 - 117,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
