  • Analyze customer behavior, retention metrics, and cohort lifetime value to identify insights and opportunities to help drive growth strategy

Full Job Description
The Opportunity

As a Lifecycle / Retention Manager (Braze) at Moonshot, you'll own Braze end-to-end (email, push, in-app messaging, segmentation, journeys, and reactivation) and drive in-app retention efforts (promotions, loyalty rewards, daily missions, etc). Experience in sports betting, crypto, consumer apps, or trading environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Own all lifecycle messaging in Braze (email, push, in-app, inbox)

  • Create dynamic segmentation and triggered journeys
