We are looking for a dynamic and driven Real Estate Broker to join our team as a vital contributor. This role focuses on lead generation and guiding clients toward their ideal homes. Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate purchase agreements, manage client issues and coordinate with third party entities
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
