Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Graduate from our Experienced Agent Launch program
  • Join us for our daily team huddles, including morning mojo Monday-Thursday, and our weekly all partner call on Friday mornings
  • Commit to a weekly 1:1 coaching session and weekly training (including a team favorite, Taco Tuesday)
  • Execute our lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct minimum of two open houses monthly with our Sweet Living Open House Playbook
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
Qualifications
