Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Location: Missouri

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
This full-time LCSW position involves providing virtual clinical services to clients across Missouri. The clinician will support clients through assessment, ongoing therapy, and care planning while maintaining a consistent approach to quality documentation and ethical practice. The role is designed for an LCSW who is comfortable managing client care remotely, building therapeutic relationships through telehealth, and using clinical judgment to support each client's treatment goals.
Responsibilities- Conduct psychosocial assessments and gather relevant client information
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions through telehealth
- Identify client goals and establish appropriate treatment direction
- Review treatment progress and make updates when clinically appropriate
- Complete required clinical documentation accurately and on schedule
- Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and ethical standards
Requirements- Active Missouri LCSW license
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Clinical experience in mental health treatment
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
- Organized and self-directed work style
