About the PositionWe are seeking a
Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health services to clients throughout Arkansas.
This position is centered on delivering consistent, high-quality care through telehealth. The clinician will conduct assessments, provide individual therapy, develop appropriate treatment plans, and monitor client progress throughout the course of care.
The role is well suited to a social work professional who brings sound clinical judgment, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to thoughtful, consistent follow-through.
Clinical Responsibilities- Provide individual therapy to clients presenting with grief, stress, trauma-related concerns, adjustment difficulties, and mood-related symptoms
- Conduct clinical assessments and establish appropriate treatment goals
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and make appropriate adjustments to care
- Maintain accurate and timely progress notes, treatment records, and care updates
- Manage an assigned telehealth caseload with consistent follow-through
- Practice in accordance with applicable professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Requirements- Active Arkansas LCSW license in good standing
- Comfort using telehealth tools, electronic documentation systems, and remote client communication
- Strong assessment skills, ethical judgment, and ability to manage a full-time caseload
- Ability to support clients with both emotional concerns and practical life stressors
- Clear writing skills and a reliable private workspace for virtual sessions
