EAP Counselor
The Opportunity:

Provides counseling related to workplace and career, emotional and mental health, relationship dynamics, work-life integration, and health and wellness. Applies advanced advisory skills or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with counseling or behavioral health
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or behavioral health field
• Completion of an unrestricted state license Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Psychologist program

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
