Position OverviewAs a Learning & Talent Development Consultant within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Downers Grove, IL or Birmingham, AL.
• Lead end-to-end process improvement for learning & talent solutions-map workflows, surface root causes, and redesign for speed, quality, and scalability.
• Provide horizontal connectivity to teams who are structurally organized vertically by line of business, to ensure we're connecting dots and finding efficiencies across all teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams on a variety of special projects, to ensure progression toward improved efficiency
• Apply systems thinking to connect people, process, data, and technology-identify operational bottlenecks and engineer cross-functional operational efficiencies.
• Partner horizontally across HR, business lines, and enabling teams to co-create innovative solutions, align priorities, and accelerate adoption through change management.
• Establish shared operating rhythms and governance that oversee "how we work" across the function-standardize practices, reuse assets, and unlock synergies across programs and teams.
• Elevate measurement and analytics-define outcome-based KPIs, improve data pipelines/quality, and run AI-enabled experiments so the function ultimately operates like an AI startup, not a legacy pre AI team.

Job Description- Consults, curates, designs, develops, facilitates and/or advises on learning and talent development solutions that fulfill business objectives. Provides career development guidance to employees and counsels managers regarding learning and talent strategies and best practices.
- Partners with business and HR leaders to establish, monitor and measure learning and talent priorities.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective initiatives, leveraging skills in project management, consultation, instructional design and technology.
- Develops and executes testing, deployment and communication plans, and maintains learning and talent solutions. Drives innovation by applying current trends, improving tools, and fostering a growth mindset.
- Facilitates conversations with senior leaders using data driven insights to assess skill development needs.
- Enables employee achievement and career journeys through program management delivery and navigation of PNC tools and resources.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $63,750.00 - $116,875.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
